Art-o-mat® has accepted my art, which will be in machines nationwide. I sent the pieces I created titled "Tiny Flowers" (all 50) to Clark Whittington, who, together with his team, will send them to Art-o-mat® machines. Art-o-mat® machines are retired cigarette vending machines refurbished to vend original art. Here's a short film explaining the process. On Thursday, June 6, I will drop off art for a show titled Our America: "A Tapestry of Cultural Diversity" at the Placitas Community Library. The show will run from June 8 - July 18. You are all invited to the opening reception on June 21 from 5 - 6:30 pm at the Placitas Community Library, 453 Highway 165, Placitas, NM.

Fourteenfifteen Gallery in Albuquerque has accepted one of my pieces in their upcoming show, "Rituals for Now". My piece is titled "Rosaries and Candles". The show opens June 14, and my son, Kyle, will be at the opening reception from 6-10 pm, representing me as I will be out of town. Please stop by and say hello to him, my art, and the art of many other talented people. Fourteenfifteen Gallery is on 1415 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM.

3017 Gallery in Albuquerque has accepted two of my pieces into an artshow that will open in July—more on that in next month's newsletter.

I'm just about finished with the mural I've been painting on and off for a couple of months. It took me some time, but I like it, and I'm proud of it. You can't miss it if you're on Singing Arrow Avenue in SE Albuquerque, just west of the Singing Arrow Community Center.
