New Beginnings

I’ve had so many beginnings. When I close my eyes, I can pick them out - one by one. Some of my firsts are first time Mom, first job, and first home purchase. Most of the time, they all run together and I call them a 54 year life. What I don’t remember about most of my new beginnings was the courage it took. I just went all in and never looked back with regrets.

This new beginning, the one I call “being an artist” came with so much anxiety. The creating was exciting, invigorating, very enjoyable. The sharing is not incredibly fun, but it is getting easier.

I’m ready to be vulnerable and go all in. Ok, I’m not ready but I’m going to go for it anyway.
